• Send your letter using the upload icon or email at fizoshdesigns@gmail.com with your ORDER NO.

• Please submit a high-quality scan of the picture. Photos taken through the phone might not work best unless a scanner app is used.
• I will work on it and send you proof in 2-4 business days
• After your approval, it will be sent for production which can vary from 1-3 weeks depending on the season.
• Once shipped, the tracking number will be updated to your order.

• Restoration process - I clean up any imperfections, remove lines and make any other additional changes that you mention. The best photos have a lot of contrast between the background and the text. If the picture is very old, yellow, faded text, I will clean the picture and transfer the text to the best of my ability.
