CAN I CHANGE OR CANCEL MY ORDER?

Yes, you can cancel within 2 hours of placing your order! Email us immediately with your order number at fizoshdesigns@gmail.com.  After that partial refund might be given , if we have started working on your order. 

Understandably, once proof is approved, cancellations or changes to personalized orders cannot be accepted after that. 

CAN I CHANGE MY SHIPPING ADDRESS?

Yes, you can change the shipping address before it goes for production. Once in production, no changes can be made.

HOW CAN I SEND MY IMAGE?

 Please make sure the pictures you upload are of good quality. You can attach it using the upload icon on the product page or email at fizoshdesigns@gmail.com. Please mention you order number.

The status of your order can be found on our website 24/7 Please click here to Track Your Order. You can check the status by simply clicking on the order number. An email is also sent when your order ships.

WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP?

Each item's production time varies. Please contact us for details and express options. Tracking number will be emailed to you once your order ships.

WHAT ARE YOUR SHIPPING RATES?

All orders shipped to the US are free. Most orders shipped to Canada and UK are also free but some do have shipping charges.  

All US orders are shipped with USPS, UPS or DHL.  All non-US orders are shipped with DHL Express or USPS Priority Mail International.
